My state says groups can't be armed as they practice.
Nowhere does my state say that citizens can't have groups.
What if Uncle Sam unplugs the web??
We should all be part of organized groups that organize communications at a community level with all other communities.
This way, during terrorist attacks, we'll at least have a handle in what's happening.
