@DJPhilouis I can only provide my experiences as I am still learning more about GPT. What I have found and I suspect is the case for you, whenever you ask questions about for example covid and remdesivir, then those questions are remembered along with the answers provided for those questions. What that does is when a new question is asked for example for diabetes, there is a higher likelihood that the answer will consider the previous chats and create an answer that isn't inline with the question. What I do sometimes is reload the module and delete the history. There are lots of websites that discuss how all this works, but generally not specific information for any particular model.
