Thoughts on how safe or accessible the silver and gold individuals have in a vault as part of an IRA? For most, I imagine it is much more than the little bit we have at home.
@amilk If the government can go into any bank and take what’s yours, what makes you think they can’t take anything from any vault anywhere? Just my opinion.
I agree .... and starting to worry about it. But since it is in an 'IRA', I can't get it out. Likely no better than the money I won't be able to get out of a bank.
I would think that there are many in a similar situation: a bunch of money in a 401k and in savings. Bought a bunch of gold and silver. Now want to protect the rest of the money: thoughts on LODE or other to be used accessible cash once banks are bailed-in?
