With so many rumors flying around, there are truly probably only about 5 people in America who actually know whether he has signed it for real. At least up to this point, although that may change in the next few hours...
There's a lot of information floating around right now. Always check the source (the person) where it's coming from. For example today maybe 25 people told me the Insurrection Act was signed. Maybe it was signed, but I asked them all where they got that info, and it was from another person who told them, probably a circle of people telling each other. I'm still checking with higher level sources to see if I can confirm it for real. Just like you, I definitely want to see Trump sign it!
