Mini Greenhouses made from stuff from the barn. The cover has a wood frame, with stress-cuts to the 1/2 inch PVC to form the chapel shape. The greenhouse cover is stapled to the side, allowing the front and back to be opened or closed. The frame is easily removed for mobility. The first one took about an hour to engineer, but the other 5 took about a half hour to make each.

These are young bean sprouts, easily sprouted in a mason jar. These took 3 days. As I am not crazy about their flavor plain, but I add them to other spices and ingredients, so they will absorb the flavors....high in protein and nutrients, 1/4 cup of dried bean makes about 3/4 of a quart sprouted for about 50 cents. @HealthRanger We planted potatoes in buckets and also some directly in the ground. Ones planted in the soil are growing; nothing from the buckets. Everything we grow is trial and error to see what works and what doesn't. I hate to think we have to depend on what we produce to survive, because some of it isn't going to be fruitful. Everyone says, "Plant a garden!". No kidding! It's just not as easy as it is made out to be.
