No need to worry....he will not be on the ticket. If he couldn't pull it out when he had actual power, there is no way the swamp will let him back in. We are screwed.

I’m as devastated as anyone - but we don’t know all that Trump knows - they were able to strip away all his power or I believe he would have done something - but like The Alamo the realities and numbers against him were just too overwhelming. Nobody knew the totality of the level of corruption -
