@Tonyathomas Pardon the pun, but Xiii I wonder? But in all seriousness, If its not Xi, he could pass for a body double. However I cant find anyone on Biden's staff that comparably comes close. But it could also be Liu Xiaoming with alot of hair dye to get the gray out.. cant say for sure.
