Be Prepared for a Possible Seed Shortage
The bags of dried peas , beans, lentils, and pintos can be planted successfully at low cost. Some of the latin stores have heritage maize corn in bags. The fresh tomatoes and fresh squash in grocery store have seeds that can be dried for planting. But make friends with a seed saver group , if you need to trade. saved seeds.
