Hi Mike. On Telegram you recommended taking Vitamin E. Can you recommend a good source to get this from or which one you take. I looked around and some have warnings they may have lead. Thank you in advance. Love your products !
@Deanna27 @HealthRanger True Vitamin E is very healthy, but it must have all 8-parts which include 4 parts of Tocotrienols in addition to the 4 parts of Tocopherols. Synthetic vitamin E that is sold everywhere on the cheap is not healthy vitamin E.
I suggest E-Gems by Carlsons, which is very expensive and recommended by Dr. Sherry Rogers who is an M.D. but also into nutrition. She's written many books and been on my news programs and podcasts over the past 30 years. Buy her books on Amazon.
