Can mRNA molecule be destroyed by high temperature food preparation to prevent DNA damage of the consumer of food products with mRNA ? I noticed that mRNA starts to fall apart at higher temperatures. So if milk or fruit (compote) is heated to pasteurization temperature or boiled will mRNA still pose danger ? For meat roasting or cooking at 350 degrees F should work. For vegetables stir fry, steaming etc. should work. Any thoughts ?
