If you have been VAXed either by injection or Chemtrail sprayed that may have contained graphene etc. nanoparticle encapsulated diseases there is a chance that the upcoming 5G broadcast may burst the capsules with toxic diseases. Turning your phone OFF during the expected broadcast may reduce the effect on your body.

Can mRNA molecule be destroyed by high temperature food preparation to prevent DNA damage of the consumer of food products with mRNA ? I noticed that mRNA starts to fall apart at higher temperatures. So if milk or fruit (compote) is heated to pasteurization temperature or boiled will mRNA still pose danger ? For meat roasting or cooking at 350 degrees F should work. For vegetables stir fry, steaming etc. should work. Any thoughts ?

COPPER BOTTLE WATER
Just a heads up on Ayurveda view on drinking water from copper vessels. The key is to make sure that the bottle is cleaned first with lemon juice and that the first 10 hour batch is dumped to prep the bottle for use. It is not a good idea to drink from the copper bottle etc. if the water has been stored in it for extended period of time - as too much copper can be toxic. The recommended soak time before drinking is about 2 to 10 hours or so. If not used to this type of water, try just a small amount ( e.g. 1/4 of small glass) the first time and wait few hours (24 hours may be a good idea) to see if you have any adverse reaction.
As with anything one should always use caution when trying new things.
