I would suppose home schooling would be the "obvious" answer, although I understand that is not always an option. This is something that needs to be looked into. Possibly like-minded parents can "pool" their kids with a qualified adult to educate the kids. A return to the one room schoolhouses of old.
My great aunt was the first school teacher in Indian Territory, taught school in a barn behind the Overlease Lumber Co. Bartlesville.
