@mdancer I'm very interested in this info as well. My mom, who is in an assisted living facility in PA, informed me she was "given" the J&J shot yesterday - while she was talking to someone. No one asked her. They just took her arm, gave her the shot and told her she had just received the covid vaccine! My sister is POA and no doubt signed a consent form, but disappointing my mother wasn't shown some respect.
