Len Saputo, MD is a graduate of Duke University Medical School and board certified in Internal Medicine. He was in private practice in affiliation with John Muir Medical Center in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 30 years. You can survive the cold. Mikes advice was great. Also consider using layers to stay warm. Good thermal underwear, mutable layers ect. Up here in N Idaho we use wood burning stoves but thats not always possible. Just wanted to add that.
