Flynn today on Lou Dobbs, bombshells: "We cannot stand for foreign influence, we have evidence now from other countries, foreign partners, who have evidence and they were watching the attacks on our elections system on Nov. 3rd and they are willing to provide that directly to the President. We now have that evidence and we have received that today. There are foreign partners who are willing to help us."

23:42 AZ time. Essentially he's saying come protest on 1/6/2021.
Unless, he's outright bluffing or deflecting then I think this means there will not be an invoking of the Insurrection Act. He'll battle in the courts, but ultimately we are on our own.
That is the sense I get from his post.
