I have pointed out for many years that the speed of light is NOT a constant. That's another science myth. Now new research proves it: The very fabric of spacetime is "churning" with gravity waves, like a frothing ocean. This affects the speed of light: https://www.theblaze.com/news/scientists-make-groundbreaking-discovery-of-low-frequency-gravitational-waves-that-create-ripples-in-the-fabric-of-space-time-proving-einstein-correct-100-years-later

Scientists made a groundbreaking discovery of low-frequency gravitational waves that are likely from supermassive black holes that create ripples in the fabric of space-time.In 1915, Albert Einstein published…
www.theblaze.com@HealthRanger On a more practical take on time travel: Procrastination keeps us stuck in having empathy for ourselves in the present - however, if we use empathy to time travel in the future (putting yourself in your shoes in the future), you are more likely to get unstuck from procrastination. In other words, getting things done now will make your life much better in the future. Have empathy for yourself in the future now. (I got this idea from an article I read about procrastination. I thought it was going to to be funny, but it was seriously practical.)
