Most of my family are literally pretending they're still in 2019. Their normalcy bias is like a mental disease at this point. Every time I make a legit claim on the economy or just them needing to learn more skills on defense or even filtering water. They act like we’re back to normal
Im legit so drained from constantly telling my friends and family to stock up on at least a years supply of food to the point where I’m dropping off big bags of rice & beans to them because I’m scared they’re going to beg me for food when shtf & i’ll run myself dry trying to help them.Its so annoying how much I care.

Yea you’re both right. Luckily my sister has military training so she helps me with some things I need. But being hyper focussed on my own survival is whats most important. Then family. I’ll stop telling people to prepare even though it hurts not to

Here is me processing my own rabbits! Just hit them one time HARD in the head with a HEAVY crescent wrench & out they go! They feel no pain, a few reflexes & ready to PEEL & clean.
Mike , you might should practice this like with crypto....it could be life saving to have meat.
I’m a loving person, I just do what has to be done. Animals that die & are buried are a waste of meat if we have cared 4 them well & named them “food names” the next it’s slightly easier.
@HealthRanger @DocLisa when you are struck in the head with a blunt object hard, (any mammal including humans), will feel pain as your brain is suddenly shocked. Your nervous system transmits those unexpected electrical nerve signal currents through the spine that will affect the whole body, That is what is causing the erratic reflexes. Eventually the heart stops beating correctly, blood circulation stops to all the vital organs and you die. I would think that is temporary torture until you die.
@mrlrj2004 If you are a vegetarian, I respect that. Otherwise, you eat meat...and in a grid down situation, where you might not be able to get all the nutrients a body needs, it would be good to know how to process meat. Marjorie Wildcraft (at least in her Grow Your Own Groceries video) breaks their necks, quickly and efficiently. I guess that would be a better option than hoping you killed the animal with a blow to the head. I still don't know if I could do it, but it is good to know how.

Im a waitress at a Jamaican restaurant on the weekends. Tell me why this man had a stroke right in front of me?!! I had no clue what to do for a full 5 seconds. Then I remembered my phone was in my apron & called the ambulance

I saw that Coca-Cola and McDonald's have ceased all operations in Russia. No doubt Russian cases of diabetes, cancer and heart disease will soon plummet.
But of course all the disease-promoting garbage foods are fully available in America, where eating yourself to death is always allowed by the same government that claims it needs to FORCE you into covid lockdowns in order to save you from yourself.

@HealthRanger When I was about 8 or so in the early 60s our parents built a new house with a concrete fallout shelter underneath the basement. It even had a ventilation system.
