I want to fight for Liberty with a good mind, body abd spirit. I cannot make my body the best but it can improve and I can still be some in shape in a wheelchaor BUT I have a huge think I must get rid of and that is smoking ughhh! I did it before and I KNOW it is in my mind but I am scared!? LOL Anyone have an idea for something to chew on or candy that will help that has helped them???
