Hers the provisional ballot receipt I was handed in Delaware County, PA tonight, near Philadelphia when I tried to vote in person. My vote for Trump will not be counted tonight. I was refused to be allowed to vote on a voting machine. Forced to fill out a paper provisional ballot and hand it to a “judge” plus either sign an attestation that want true, or not be allowed to vote at all. I’m not the only one.
