So, my eldest son got on the aichat thing again, he asked it if it kept up with the news, it said it's only programmed with news up to sept. 2021. So he asked it what should be done if there was a chemical. Spill as the result of a train derailment.
The response was the laws pertaining to clean up by federal epa standards.
He then asked if the chemicals could be burned. The response was "no" and proceeded to outline all the reasons why that would be bad.
My son asked what should happen if someone decided to burn hazardous chemicals. . .
I'm posting that portion, it's too lengthy to post all of it
Oh, and then he asked what if the government were the ones burning the hazardous chemicals?
It said that it would be a crime and they could be sued.
My son asked if would be considered an act of terrorism?
It said yes, it could be considered an act of terrorism (in more defined terms)
