@Mr_Natural this is illegal to fire an employee over the refusal of the vaccine. There is no law requiring the vaccinations . Hospital employees decline them have the right to do that .Those people should unite , inform themselves what kind of risk is involved protest against the regulators , not show at work en masse and contact the lawyers it this is not effective. If the acquiesce to the illegal rules making , they create a precedent and give the example for others to submit to force.

Unfortunately laws don't matter any more, including the Constitution. It all makes sense if one understands the objective is to depopulate the planet.
