I think they are saying Texas or any other states did not show "injury" and they do not have any justification to ask the U.S. Supreme Court so it was denied.
BUT there are still lawsuit avenues to the U.S. Supreme Court, but the lawsuits IMO have to prove enough fraud to overturn the election. That to me is where we are.
