Quite a few doctors on Youtube said Vitamin C was not just Ascorbic Acid..
This doctor said Vitamin C Complex is just like a clock (an analogy) and we can't just buy the cover (Ascorbic Acid) of a clock and expect the clock will run. To make a clock run, we have to buy the whole clock (Vitamin C Complex).
This doctor said Ascorbic Acid is just a part of the Vitamin C Complex.
What's the difference between Ascorbic Acid and L-Ascorbic Acid?
