What is so exciting about what has happened in the United States of America to me is the way Judges in Court have refused to look at evidence. Jury trial before imprisonment is guaranteed in the United States of America. Any and every Federal Prosecutor will know that, so all an accused has to claim to have the court determine the election was void is to claim the Federal Government under Biden is illegitimate, and it has to strictly prove it is and no fraud was involved. People have power.

If the United States of America and its people avail themselves of Judicial Review in every State with a court system and demand universal jury trial the United States of America will be the light on the hill for the whole world. Britain and Australia went bad in 1948, Canada is probably also bad, and if the United States of America overturns the Biden Election on a decision of one court in one State on the grounds of fraud, the whole Democrat and communist house of cards will fall in a heap.

The Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit is found in a court with a jury as the judges of fact and that fact is woven into the Constitution as the Seventh Amendment. This link is an argument that Trump should issue a writ of Quo Warranto to the Biden Presidency as soon as possible. In my honest opinion it has merit.

In the writ of quo warranto, the onus is on the accused to prove conclusively to a jury that his election was legitimate. Joe Biden must be very worried if he still has enough grey matter to worry with, as he will have great difficulty proving he won the swing States and therefore the White House. Starting with the audit now available in Maricopa County in Arizona, I think if that writ is issued he will be the shortest serving President in History. Las Vegas has not paid out its bets.

For 498 years in reliance on that lawyers were banned from the House of Commons from 1372. No judges have ruled on fraud, only Judges.
