What is something natural that I can use to help me quit smoking cold turkey? My wife is a nurse who fusses at me daily for smoking. I want to quit, but I want to cold turkey and would love to know of anything natural to aid in nicotine withdrawal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, a South Carolina Patriot.
@RudeDogg269 I would seriously recommend vaping. It worked for me. I was a 35 yr. Marlboro smoker. Buy rebuildable, reloadable devices, make your own e-liquid & save big money too. It's a BIG win but not a cold turkey quit.

Are there typically more or less CHLORAMINES in mid to higher end bottled water then tap water? Is an artesian well (depending on where you live, thers always other evils such as Radiation in water, Hanford leaks, etc.)
@PhaTz Luckily I knew about the Flouride when I was young, and don't use toothpaste with flouride in it, or rarely even boil noodles using tap water with Flouride in it.

I just spent allll night researching best places to live in S. Carolina!
I live in a small town called Whitmire in Newberry County. We are smack dab in the middle of Sumter National Forest. More dirt roads than paved ones. Fantastic, small, rural community, that is tightly knit. It has its ups and downs, but in today's world, I wouldn't be anywhere else. Small town life is great!!!
