United States Department of State@HealthRanger I called this last Feb. I would put money on that this virus had been altered using the 'gain of function' technique. Gain-of-function research enhances the pathogenicity or transmissibility of potential pandemic pathogens. Look into Dr. Fauci's at NIH and his collaboration with others on 'gain of function'.
