Could it also be that Trump's dissolving of Corporation USA requires a certain period of time to be finalised, ratified, or whatever, thus prescribing a set period of time, say till April 1st, before Trump can be installed as President of the newly restored Republic of the USA?

If it's true that FEMA's purpose is to ensure an orderly transition of power, and if it's true that Trump, as CEO of USA Corporation, has dissolved said Corporation, could it be that FEMA is ensuring an orderly transition from Trump, last President of the Corporation of USA, to Trump, 1st President of the newly restored Republic of USA?
