UH, is voting considered PSYCHOTIC behavior, since to my knowledge our vote counting system remains unchanged?
I recently learned from a very reliable source that the gold in many of thExchange Traded Funds is based on a fractional reserve. Meaning they don't actually have all of the gold. Often times they sell the same gold to two or more people simultaneously.
