@Ztouch living healthy is a choice, which could prevent cancer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Ztouch ~ Almost everything we consume or the packaging comes with " a small cancer risk", really hard to avoid cancer these days. Were under attack from day one until death. What happens when you add up all the "small cancer risks"? You get cancer, go figure. Even sunscreen that is supposed to protect you from skin cancer is laced with benzene that causes cancer and interferes with vit D absorption which is healthy.

@Ztouch I just read that Kerrygold butter has something nasty on its wrapper. This right after I bought two bricks of butter thinking it's the better choice. I am thinking the most healthy, better choice is to not eat anything you don't raise or grow yourself.
