On April 25, 2023 the Moon was found within the Big Dipper constellation (aka Ursa Major - "The Great Bear"). I have never seen this phenomenon, although I'm sure it’s part of the regular cycle of the heavens. However, put together with the timing of Russia's war affairs, it may be suggested by The Virgin Mary (potentially represented by the Moon) that Russia (The Great Bear) is soon to act with aggression, and wise to pray with special intention to offset a potential worldwide conflict.

Yes very valid concern. I remember awhile ago the international effort to finance and complete the sarcophagus shroud, but don't know what happened with the fuel. Was it removed, or still in place needing perpetual cooling? Interesting how conflict in the Ukraine has come full circle.
