6 miles of running this morning, Core and plyo-jumps (below) during the day, finish up with a 45 minute ride in beautiful 65 degree weather this afternoon to finish it off.
With Ironman Coeur D'Alene in June and the big Grindstone 100 mile run in October, my slate is loaded this year.

My first attempt at performing the "Kentucky Burpee."
Not bad. The pushup needs to be a bit deeper, and I needed to bend the knees to more forceably thrust the kettlebells over my head.
I'll be frequently in the gym as the days get colder, so I'll get to polish it up in the coming months!
