The Shoulder-Shrug, Eye-Roll look 
is the body-language expressed when a individual knows what’s going on, yet feels the need to pretend like they don’t. This “look” does not dictate that this person desires justice to go unpunished. Oh no, nor are they purposefully supporting evil or corruption.  

No! They don’t want to get involved, don’t want to get their hands dirty, or don’t want to upset their pension...   

Those who demonstrate this behavior may have a nonchalant attitude toward conservative values and beliefs. However, they enjoy what these values offer, yet, exploit others, or, overlook slave-made products so they can get the next great thing.   

Clearly, there are those in society who do not want to be told that their choices may lead to misery for others.
