Heard a presentation on a scheme that is so easy and so voluminous it trumps all other ways the Left will cheat. It also explains why some states want to send mail-in ballots to all residents even if they have not asked for them.
The bottom line is that ballots hit the post office on their way to the voter. They check the address to see if it is a legitimate residential address and set it aside if it fails some of their tests. Later, NGOs come collect the ballots that have been set aside and take them to the crooks who fill them out.
This can result in huge volumes of ballots because many people get their mail sent to non-residences like PO boxes. Homeless people, hotel dwellers and people that don't have stable housing situations. Plus, many illegals get passed around to welcome centers etc and might use these addresses for lack of a better one. This will result in ballots piling up for easy harvesting.
The whole vote-by-mail process is fraught with integrity issues but now we have some details. There is a company that can separate out the questionable addresses and submit the list to the election people but hiring them would cost billions. Need to get mail-in banned or better secured so there aren't mountains of them lying around for harvest.
