God’s Throne is shown in Rev. 4:6-8, Isaiah 6:2-3, Ezekiel 1:5-28. Angel’s faces show God’s attributes: MAN: Creativity, Innovation, LION: Authority, Kingdom Rule, OX: Sacrifice, Hard work, EAGLE: Freedom, Far-sight. Rev. 4:6-8: Around the throne, were 4 living creatures, and they were covered with eyes, in front and in back. The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man, the fourth was like a flying eagle. Each of the 4 living creatures had 6 wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under its wings.
Ezekiel 1:5-28 In the fire was what looked like four living creatures. In appearance their form was human, but each of them had four faces and four wings…Each of the four had the face of a human being, and on the right side each had the face of a lion, and on the left the face of an ox; each also had the face of an eagle…. Above the vault over their heads was what looked like a throne of lapis lazuli, and high above on the throne was a figure like that of a man. I saw that from what appeared to be his waist up he looked like glowing metal, as if full of fire, and that from there down he looked like fire; and brilliant light surrounded him. Like the appearance of a rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the radiance around him.
