I have two church friends who are very ill, apparently with Covid.. we live in South Africa but we do have a source of Ivermectin. Does anyone know what the recommended dosage is for people who are very ill with covid? Apparently the preventive/prophylactic dose is day 1, day 3 & thereafter once a week; but for a very ill person, I guess one would take it more often..?? - thanks in advance!
