Why are the ships not coming to port in Long Beach California? Each container on each ship is being opened to examine what is in each container, and there are hundreds or more on each ship. They are searching for people in these containers, drugs and weapons that used to be sent into America before. Only about 2% were ever opened and checked. Now it is 100% so it will take a while until these ships are able to come to port.
They would need a warrant, and I am thinking it would not be too hard to get one. China invented a bio-weapon and we are in war. In times like these they need to see what is in each container after what they found on the Evergiven ship that got locked up sideways. They found a lot of illegal stuff which probably set the stage for this to be the permanent way we do shipping, for security. Since the Chinese own the the dock, we can inspect them on the sea as a potential war threat.
