Not an expert here, by any means, but have never seen this type of flying around the Chesapeake since I've been monitoring this over the past month.

E2D = Early warning surveillance (Hawkeye)

May be nothing, but at least x3 C130's flights from Nellis AFT to Joint Base Andrews. That's a lot of cargo, supplies or other military stuff coming into DC..... Tails --> Roler13, Roler14, and Roler53
