Good morning everyone. Up early to check on the fat I’m rendering for lard. Our neighbor, whom we split the pig with, didn’t want any of the leaf fat or bacon fat that they threw in (her portion- I still have my half to render at a later date), so I traded an 18-count carton of eggs for it.
