BREAKING: Vista Outdoors being sold to Czechoslovak Group! @HealthRanger

We wanted to let you know about a major announcement in the firearms industry that occurred yesterday.

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) has cleared Czechoslovak Group's proposed acquisition of Vista's Kinetic Group which is made up of brands such as Federal, CCI, Remington ammo, Speer, Hevi-Shot, Estate Cartridge, and Alliant Powder. The CFIUS is an interagency committee of the U.S. government authorized to review US transactions involving foreign investment to determine the effect on U.S. national security. Now that the CFIUS has cleared the proposed acquisition, the last step is for Vista Outdoors’ stockholders to approve the sale. This meeting is scheduled for July 2, 2024 at 9am Central Time.
