@TwistedEagle Yes they are. My father passed away 4 years ago eat up with cancer in almost every part of his body. He was part of the suite years ago where the Gov. lost the case but they put the VA in charge of disbursements. One has to prove upon death that the direct cause was agent orange as I understand it.
