wear a mask...I can't get over it

IN THE LAND OF THE FREE
I keep thinking THEY are shitting me
I been told I am living in a free country
now THEY tell me I gotta wear a mask
everywhere I want to go...what's up??
this does not sound right to me at all
what could I be missing??? telling me
I have to wear a mask and I am free
this makes me think THEY are trying
to control me in some way or other
maybe THEY are shitting me somehow
and I just can't seem to figure it out
