Why the Federal Reserve’s Plan to Improve the Digital Payment System Is Likely to Backfire
- The Fed says it will need 10+ years just to recover its operating costs .(I'm not convinced)

It's faster to fly to London to deliver a payment than to wait for a digital transfer to process, clear, and be available to be withdrawn. Think of how long it takes for our payments to be posted, or for some checks to clear a bank.
