let's have our government officials, judges, policemen, army personnel, secret services
politicians, semi-officials, contractors they all have to sign a contract
where they have to declare all the bad things they have done and are aware of who else has done bad things. if you don't sign you're gone !
If you've lied ...I suggest life time off torture.
