And they are proud of it!

WiFi “sensing” technologies are like invisible cameras. They use WiFi signals to capture images, track movement — even detect breathing + sound — potentially violating your privacy without you even knowing…
x.com@jmdidonato DUH! I’ve come to believe that everything is spying on me. My son worked in cybersecurity and told me at least a decade ago, maybe 2, that anything connected to the internet spies on you. Don’t assume you have any privacy at all because you don’t, even outside because of the types of powerful satellites in use today. He told me to turn off my phone and turn it screen side down, unplug my phone, tv and computer and shut the computer cover. He said that at least they wouldn’t see anything you didn’t want them to see (maybe), but to realize that there was nothing you could do to have complete privacy any more. He worked full time for the for the military in cybersecurity until he retired and contract for the government. Everything he said about it was whispered quietly in my ear and, at that time, I was starting to get worried about his mental stability only to come to realize how naive I was.
@Independent You received accurate information. As early as 2006, I met a dude who was former military who was employed by a creepy "security outfit" based in Philadelphia, PA. Even then, with flip phones, he would turn them off and remove the battery before ANY private conversation. He insisted that massive spying was going on then---18 years ago. I met a "network" manager" in 2008, who told me about how "Myspace" was keylogging and storing the data of all users. Since at least 2003, yahoo was recording the ip addresses of all users. Point is---the digital spying did not begin a couple of years ago---it has been going on for a long time.
