The Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit is found in a court with a jury as the judges of fact and that fact is woven into the Constitution as the Seventh Amendment. It is religious persecution for a Judge to refuse any American who asks for a jury, because a court is a kind of universal church, as defined in Matthew 18 verse 17.
