Inflation is starting to move quickly in the Ag area. We have our Soy-free poultry layer mixed and sourced locally. We sell Pasture-raised Soy-free Eggs on the Farm and within Wisconsin. We just had our 30 days of feed mix and the prices just jumped 15% and I had most ingredients looked in. Feed, Fuel, Land, and Seed are all moving up in price. Important to lock in your supplies now. Price is one thing but if you can get Food or Supplies life gets real!
@PRF OLdest organic farm in Colorado n Get Seeds Guys Buy some chicks and a Couple calves If you got food they cant mess with you much Freedom = Food.................. the ultimate weapon
You're so right. We just downsized our Cattle herd by 1/3 in the last two weeks looking inward at what we need for Family and Friends and stoped selling into the market. To sell into the market we need to get outside feed and have a much larger cash flow. The money for selling off the Cattle stock will keep the rest of the Cattle operation going for around a year without outside money. Never thought I would be thinking this way! The world changed on Jan 20th!!!
