@HealthRanger Nashville bombing is very curious. Let's look at the facts as we know them: First, video released by unknown person on twitter showing a warning being issued prior to explosion. Second, AT&T has large outage after the explosion, yet the AT&T building is one block away - see outage map. Damage to AT&T building minimal. Car bombs are not directional weapons - mostly intended for mass casualty. Many aspects of this bombing do not add up. If this is cover for the outage, why?
