@HealthRanger Loved your speech at Tulsa, Mike. You truly are an inspiration. I have a quick question and I hope you see this. What is something natural that I can use to help me quit smoking cold turkey? My wife is a nurse who fusses at me daily for smoking. I want to quit, but I want to cold turkey and would love to know of anything natural to aid in nicotine withdrawal. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, a South Carolina Patriot.
@RudeDogg269 I would seriously recommend vaping. It worked for me. I was a 35 yr. Marlboro smoker. Buy rebuildable, reloadable devices, make your own e-liquid & save big money too. It's a BIG win but not a cold turkey quit.
