Basically your sending hot coolant from your vehicle's engine to the equipment engine instead of the heaters in both. This diagram is by no means perfect but I hope you get the idea. The gate valves can be purchased at any hardware store. The taps can be as simple as Prestone flush kits sold on Amazon. As I mentioned previously loggers up here in Vermont use this system on equipment far out in the woods.
