Last time a M 8 earthquake occurred was on 26 May 2019, also after Mercury, Venus and Neptune lined up. Apparently, the fast moving planets (Mercury, Venus) against the slowest moving planets (Uranus, Neptune) generates a lot of electromagnetic energy in the solar system, which, if tectonic pressure is critical, releases that stress, which I believe happens first and foremost on the atomic level. The warning was for 1-3 March. The M 8 earthquake occurred on the 4th. That's one day off. Usually increased seismic activity occurs within 3 days of critical planetary geometry. Sometimes it takes up to 4.5 days, probably depending on lunar geometry.
